Staff photos (if possible).
Training documents.
Letter of good standing (LOG - COID).
Site / project detail.
Names of appointed people.
Description of task to be performed.

The file will be sent within one day of ALL the required documents being received.

You can adjust details once you receive the file - check, then print.

  1. Prices quoted is for us to assist you in setting up the file.
  2. We are not appointing ourselves as safety officers nor consultants.
  3. The owner of the company will be appointed the Risk Assessor.
  4. Price allows for the setup of 1-6 staff members. Others can be added by yourself or we can do it for you (R50.00 per person) - ID, Training docs, personal details, photos, certificates, medicals.
  5. You will be required to supply safe work procedures for your activities, or these can be added in once you receive the software.
  6. A Method Statement will be provided based on the information you provide. You will need to adjust it and update it as required.
  7. The file will be sent within 2 days of you sending all the required information.

The order process:

  1. Fill in the order form on the right.
  2. We will send you an invoice with bank details.
  3. You make a payment and send confirmation of payment.
  4. We will send you a list of what we require. Also available HERE
  5. We will discuss the project with you so we can add the right information.
  6. We will setup and then send you the file by courier.
  7. The file will now be setup so you can do future sites.

The most important part is "Company TRADING name" this cannot be adjusted - everything else can change.

The more information you give us, the more we can setup for you.

IMPORTANT: Share the contents of the file with your staff. Get them and the responsible persons to sign on the documents that the information has been shared with them and that they understand what is being shared.

Without signatures, the file has no value.
